Tiltic - 低头计时器（App Store 英文名 Tiltic - Head Down Timer，以下简称"本 App"）是一款 iOS 工具，用 AirPods 内置的运动传感器测量你的头部俯仰角，在你低头超过设定角度并持续够久时轻轻响一声。本政策说明本 App 如何处理你的信息。
一、本 App 处理的信息

二、本 App 不做的事
- 不发起任何网络请求。 本 App 的代码里没有任何联网调用，开发者不运营任何后端服务，也无法看到你的任何数据
- 不设账号体系，不要求注册，不收集姓名、邮箱、电话
- 不集成任何第三方广告、分析或崩溃统计 SDK（只依赖 Apple 官方框架和一个随 App 一起编译的本地模块）
- 不请求定位权限，不读取你的位置
- 不读取通讯录、照片、日历，不录音，不接入 HealthKit
- 不含内购，不含订阅，不收集支付信息
三、权限说明

本 App 只请求这一项权限。
四、后台运行
「常驻守护」运行时，本 App 播放一段听不见的音频留在后台，系统的「正在播放」里会出现本 App；提示音也经由同一条音频通道播放。
这个代价在 App 主界面的「成本栏」里常驻可见，不藏起来。它不额外收集任何信息。
五、锁屏与灵动岛
监测中本 App 会显示一张实时活动卡片，内容只有当前角度与计时。卡片由系统在你的设备上渲染，不经过任何服务器。
六、数据删除
- 卸载 App：彻底删除本机全部数据（校准值、会话记录、设置）
- 重新校准会覆盖旧的校准值，不保留历史
- 由于数据从未离开你的设备，开发者这边没有任何你的数据可删
七、儿童隐私
本 App 不面向 13 周岁以下儿童，不有意收集儿童信息。

Tiltic - Head Down Timer (listed as Tiltic - 低头计时器 on the China App Store) is an iOS tool that reads your head pitch angle from the motion sensors built into your AirPods and plays a quiet cue when you have been looking down past a threshold you set, for longer than you set. This policy explains how it handles your information.
1. What the app handles

2. What the app does not do
- It makes no network requests at all. There is no networking code in the app. The developer runs no backend and cannot see any of your data
- No accounts, no registration; no name, email address, or phone number collected
- No third-party advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDK of any kind (Apple frameworks plus one local module compiled into the app)
- No location permission requested; your location is never read
- No contacts, photos, or calendar; no audio recording; no HealthKit
- No in-app purchases, no subscription, no payment information
3. Permissions

This is the only permission the app asks for.
4. Running in the background
While the guard is running, the app stays alive by playing inaudible audio, so it appears in the system's Now Playing; the cue plays through the same audio session.
That cost is shown permanently in the cost bar on the app's main screen rather than hidden. It collects nothing extra.
5. Lock Screen and Dynamic Island
While monitoring, the app shows a Live Activity carrying only the current angle and elapsed time. It is rendered by the system on your device and passes through no server.
6. Deleting your data
- Delete the app: removes everything on the device (calibration, session history, settings)
- Recalibrating overwrites the old baseline; no calibration history is kept
- Because the data never leaves your device, there is nothing on the developer's side to delete
7. Children's privacy
Not directed at children under 13; no information is knowingly collected from them.

The "Last updated" date at the top changes when this policy does.
